We have checked your site on safari. We did not find any problems you mentioned. could you send us your issue screenshot so that we will be able to solved it.

For slider overlay color of mobile view, we have added a new option as “Slider Overlay Color for Mobile View” in Dashbord >> Appearence >> Customizer >> Home Sections >> Slider Section >> “Slider Overlay Color for Mobile View”.

For logo, You have to set 0px to margin left and margin right. Follow below steps,

Dashbord >> Appearence >> Customizer >> General Configuration >> Logo Left Margin and Logo Right Margin >> set 0px.
and then simply add following css in

Dashbord >> Appearence >> Customizer >> Additional CSS >> Click on publish button.

We have checked your site. You have added 9 features in “Online Training Programs” section. We have notice you have added too much content in each features. You have added to much content in “Strength + Run” , “All Out Shred” features. That is why your all 9 featured box are showing big space. Kindly add same number of content or approximately same for all features boxes.

Yes it is possible
Go to dashboard > appearance > customize > additional css
Copy the code given below and paste it in the additional css text-box

.ht-slide-cap-title.animated.fadeInDown {
background-color: transparent;
}
.ht-slide-cap-desc {
background-color: transparent;
}

Then click on publish

Note: If you change the background color of the title / caption to transparent then you also might need to change the title color as well. This option is available in customizer already.
Goto dashboard > appearance > customize > home section > slider section
You will see the color options there.
