Hi guys —
I’m viewing the live website on my phone and seeing some differences that I’d like to fix:
-Logo at the top of the page is not the same spacing (it’s not centered) as on the desktop view
-Background on mobile slider is blue, instead of red
-Picture in slider seems condensed, mis-shapen
-Menu, when clicked, has a yellow border around it instead of red
-In header, phone number is yellow instead of black
-“Services” pictures are stacked on top of each other
-“Online Training Programs” is stacked on top of the bottom of “services” sectionSome of these issues show up on the computer screen version of the mobile view, and some do not. But all of these appear when accessing the live page from my phone, in Safari mobile. Help!

For logo in mobile view you have to follow “Header Logo Margin Setting” of Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customizer >> General configuration >> Header Logo Margin Setting >> Set margin as you want. For “services” section and “Online Training Programs” kindly check by hard refreshing site ( Ctrl + Shift + r ).
We have checked phone number is showing black in mobile view same as desktop view.If you have any other issue then please let us know.
Thank You.

Alright, so I successfully installed the updated theme version you sent – thank you!
Still having some issues on the mobile version. I can send a picture of some of the issues, as seen on iPhone 8 in Mobile Safari, if needed.
-Phone number still appears yellow for some reason.
-Slider background is not right color – it’s the default blue instead of the red that I’ve got selected in the customizer.
-I got your message about the logo being centered, and how to fix it – but if I change the settings for the logo/margins, it will appear only centered on the mobile view and not on the desktop view. Does that make sense?
-The picture in the slider still appears mis-shapen and condensed.Thank you!

We have checked your site on safari. We did not find any problems you mentioned. could you send us your issue screenshot so that we will be able to solved it.
For slider overlay color of mobile view, we have added a new option as “Slider Overlay Color for Mobile View” in Dashbord >> Appearence >> Customizer >> Home Sections >> Slider Section >> “Slider Overlay Color for Mobile View”.
For logo, You have to set 0px to margin left and margin right. Follow below steps,
Dashbord >> Appearence >> Customizer >> General Configuration >> Logo Left Margin and Logo Right Margin >> set 0px.
and then simply add following css inDashbord >> Appearence >> Customizer >> Additional CSS >> Click on publish button.
.logobox {
text-align: center;
}Thank You.

December 5, 2019 at 6:16 pm #26709Tia NorrisParticipantFollowing up on previous posts here — also, it seems as though then video under “About” on the homepage does not load on mobile view.
December 6, 2019 at 5:34 pm #26847Tia NorrisParticipantChecking in again, sorry to bother — but I’m looking to officially launch the website in the coming days and would like to fix the remaining bugs. Thanks!
December 7, 2019 at 7:26 am #26893User SupportParticipantHello Tia,
Kindly share with us your site url.
Thank you.December 7, 2019 at 9:27 pm #26935Tia NorrisParticipantHi, sorry about that! I did change it — fitprollc.com now, instead of new.fitprollc.com.
Adding one more thing to this mobile view list:
I’ve added new sub-dropdowns under “Online Training” in the menu. On mobile view, they open to the right and off of the screen. Is there any work around for this? Thanks so much, guys. -
