    Hello Tia
    If you want to add slider images then you will need to follow the steps below
    Go to dashboard > slider > add new > add title/description > add featured image > click on publish/update
    repeat the step to add another image for the slider to slide.
    You can not add multiple image at once for slider.

    If you are unable to add images in the slider then send us your wordpress username and password, website link on [email protected] we will do it for you.

    Go to dashboard > gallery > add new > enter title name > add featured image > click on update or publish
    The images will be added to the gallery

    If you are trying to embed youtube videos then you will need to use the embed code for adding such video.
    open any youtube video then click on the share button you will see the embed option there click on the embed option.
    copy the embed code and paste it in the wordpress editor. It will be embedded to the inner post or inner page you created.
