So it looks like there is some type of glitch happening in my instance. I figured out the issue above and the Product Category settings are broken and is what is causing the above issue. Specifically the button “Disable Section” “Y/N”. Toggling this switch back and forth fixes the issue but intermittently the issue comes back and the screen goes back to a mobile display. Also, the actual section “Product Categories” is missing from the page itself.
