In the contact areas for this theme (on the home page and contact config), it states to insert the Form Shortcode. Where is that code? Where do we configure that?
We are using “Contact Form 7” plugin and shortcode for that, you can use same plugin or you may use any contact form plugin for that, just put that plugin shortcode using following steps
Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Home section >> Appointment Section
You can show “Form Shortcode” option here, just put your form shortcode.
