When the header menu colour is set using the customisation options is works for most of the website however on the main page it is a different colour and doesn’t respond to changes in the setting

Oh and the sticky header option makes the page pad upwards and part of the top of the page is behind the bar (AT MAXIMUM SCROLL UP)

Now the website is going a bit crazy, it looks different on the customizer than it does in reality. for example;
