    I changed the files “section-services.php” and “services-customizer.php”

    Can you confirm that these two files are sufficient for the update?

    Yes, you can put the menu anchors in the theme ……. You have to go to the Appearance –> menus, there is an option for custom links, you have to put the section id in the url text field and section name in link text, then click on add to menu button and save menu button.
