    Hi! I sent an email to support@luzuk.com requesting assistance to install all demo content for this theme. I have emailed all the necessary information and I haven’t received a confirmation for my email. I would like to know what is the turnaround time for my request. Thank you very much!

    my Hosting company send me this email.
    there is no Theme documentation and no Item Purchase key:
    We would like to inform you that the Demo import of themes usually is performed by using a button which should appear either in the Appearance menu or Customize option of the theme. However, in this case, there is no such functionality

    Hello Gheno,
    Here are the steps below to import demo data.

    Steps to import demo XML file:
    Go to Dashboard-> Tools -> WordPress -> Install now -> Run Importer -> Choose file (Demo XML file) -> Upload file and import.

    I get this same template and I saved the demo webpages as a .xml but importing this file won’t create the Home Page correctly (it is empty) please can you send me the .xml file too?
