    Hey guys, first, there is NO category for support for LZ Charity Welfare Pro so I emailed you and it’s been 3 days that I am not getting any help. If I don’t hear from you soon, I’ll have to ask for a refund.

    I have been having problem getting the home page to show anything I entered in slider and feature sections, they do not appear on the home page and I can’t find anything to enable it. I’ve followed your documentation on creating 2 sliders and they just not appearing on home page on the top. I’ve also did two test feature and nothing showed up either.

    I emailed you about this and sent you access code to the website on Sunday, but it’s been 3 days and yet to hear from you, hope this post gets to you.

    Hello Johnny,

    We have not received your WordPress credentials. We checked. We think that, currently you have not set up home page templates, that is why your site have not been show the slider and feature sections updates. First you have to set up a home template.

    For home page set up you have to follow below steps

    Step 1: Go to Dashboard >> Pages >> Add New, enter page name and select template as Home Page Template from Page Attribute.
    Step 2: Publish this page
    Step 3: Go to Dashboard >> Settings >> Reading, select home page as a front page.

    It was emailed to you on Sunday, Feb 17 (two emails), I had it set as your LZ Charity Theme, set up 2 sliders, set up a demo feature, set up static home page as front page, and NOT one of them showed up on home page. because of that, the nonprofit org. is mad at me, this is supposed to be live today 2/22/2019

    So, I changed the theme yesterday (2/21/2019) to another one I will be using instead, I’ve to move away from your theme and not we are a week delay thanks to the lack of support and no categories here.

    FYI, your forum is NOT sending notification email to me so I have to manually log here to see the response. That either means my domain hosting is blocking you, or your system is considered spam or there’s lack of communication.

    Regardless, I please refund

    FYI: when I emailed you on Sunday, Feb 17, I was using your website’s https://www.luzuk.com/contact-us/ page. Also, your support page have two links: one goes to this forum, the other (Quick Inquiry) goes to contact us page but nothing on videos, etc.
