    Hi

    in homepage setup, slider

    Hide Title and description on slider, if it is not set to YES, the sliders disapear simply

    by the way, how to open a new ticket here I don’t see any link

    I purchased the theme and when I try and customize it – it stuck in loading theme. Its not my ISP….as I have the highest bandwidth possible

    It worked after I set the template to Home Page

    bought the theme “luxury-hotel-pro”
    I already had a theme – I downloaded it and switched to “luxury-hotel-pro”
    Configured according to the documentation
    I start with the Slider settings – no display
    how to understand what the problem is?

    Hello Отель,
    Kindly select the home page template as the front page by following the steps given below
    Step 1: Go to Dashboard >> Pages >> Add New, enter the page name, and select template as Home Page Template from Page Attribute.
    Step 2: Click on “Publish” to save this page.
    Step 3: Go to Dashboard >> Settings >> Reading, select option “Your homepage displays” to A static page option then select your page as the front page from the Homepage drop-down.
    Step 4: Click on the “Save Changes” button.

    Hello, I have problems loading the slider on the home page, I go Dashboard >> Sliders >> Add new I insert the image but nothing, the image does not appear on the home page, even the image of products, and logos. Anybody can respond here?

    I bought another Theme from you, since I really liked the use and structure of the previous one. Now the new Theme is Nail Salon Pro.
    The serious problem I have is that when creating a SLIDER, it does not allow “Set the featured image” since it does not insert it and also the biggest problem is that when I hit the Publish photo on the slider, the page remains blank and when I update it We realize that you have not created any new Slider
