I’ve had my Multi Mobile App theme installed on my wordpress site for a few years now and have been really happy with it.

Recently, my dropdown menus have stopped working:
1) On Mobile, the main dropdown menu does not open at all.
2) On Desktop, all of the dropdown menus in the header stay open and do not re-collapse.

Can someone help me fix this? Thanks!

Trying to set up a Meta (Facebook) Pixel on my site. I have tried several times to download the Facebook for WordPress plugin. Upon activation, my site reports a critical error and doesn’t load – it only displays the blank white screen with the error message. I then need to go into my host site’s directory and manually delete the plugin, as I can’t even access my WordPress dashboard once the error is present. Is this a theme issue, or is this something I should look into with my host or with Facebook? Thanks!

Actually, this is not a theme-related issue but you cannot add a meta tag on the homepage as there is no HTML file, you can use any plugin for this like Yoast SEO.
Or you can also use any other plugin for this.

1. Awesome, yes I figured out which plugin is the problem that way. Thanks and I’ll look into fixing the issue through that plugin.

2. Is there a way to add a lightbox pop-up to the homepage? If so, how do I add it and how do I customize it? And if not – I could add a pop-up form via Mailchimp, but can’t figure out where to add the HTML code into the <head> of the website. Help!
