Hello,

I have noticed that there is no read more button on the team. So when implementing a description of the trainers there is no way of actually viewing what is written.

In the manual is can see that there is a read more button on the finished product. But on the Luzuk live demo website the read more button is also missing.

Kindly change the icons for each trainer plan in Trainer Section and publish. It won’t show you the updated contents on the client view if you keep using the default icon. You need to change it at least once.

Hello,

When i try to change the trainer plans on the trainer section. it shows in the wordpress editor. But after publishing it still keeps showing Online support community.
I have already cleared the cache, browser and client side. And even done a fresh intall on a different host and a secundary site, all giving the same issue.

I followed the instructions in the documentation to make a slider. It shows in the preview section but not on the published website. Even on the preview section, it does not look like your example despite following all instructions.

Please could you advise? Also, is it possible to build the homepage without the slider? I can use a plugin.

It is showing to us in our stats that You downloaded the charity theme only.

If you are willing to download the theme manually then give us your mail id we will send you the charity theme.
also for the page to look like our demo you will need to create a home page and set the template as home page from the page attribute options on the page editor.
Then you will also need to set up the static home page from dashboard > settings > reading > set static home page and select the home page you created > click on save changes.

If you are unable to set up the theme then send us your wordpress credentials (username and password) and your website link on support@luzuk.com we will set the theme for you.

I was going to buy the bulk theme package but I got a few problems here. I purchased the charity theme but it has the fitness theme in the package. Plus it has no demo content file? and there is no home page like on the documentation?

I am willing to pay the $99 fee for all the themes. But I purchased this as a test because I liked the theme. What do I do now?

In our theme, currently you have link slider images to pages only but we can add “product categories link” option for that you have to pay an extra charge of $6.

Have done everything to get the slider images to link to the product categories but nothing works. You would think that the biggest images on the homepage would be easier to edit but apparently not. And what makes it worse is you can’t disable it until you get it right
